Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Return Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing the refund, cancellation, and return process for all products, services, subscriptions, and listings offered by VFS Alliance Private Limited, operating under the brand name Brick Bold (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Policy applies to all users (“User,” “you,” or “your”) who access, use, or transact through the Company’s website www.brickbold.com, associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and other online platforms (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

By availing any service, plan, or subscription through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.

1. Nature of Services

Brick Bold operates as an online real estate listing and information platform, facilitating the display, discovery, and promotion of property listings and related real estate services.

The Platform provides digital services such as:

  • Property and project listings
  • Featured and premium listing placements
  • Lead generation tools
  • Advertising and marketing packages for developers and brokers
  • Subscription-based plans for professional users

Since the services offered are digital, intangible, and consumed immediately upon activation, refund and return eligibility is limited and governed strictly as per the provisions below.

2. General Refund Policy

All payments made for digital services, advertisements, subscriptions, or memberships on the Platform are final and non-refundable, except in cases explicitly covered under this Policy.

Refunds will be considered only under exceptional and verifiable circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Duplicate Payment: If the User’s account has been charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical or payment gateway error.
  • Failed Transaction: If the payment was successfully processed but the corresponding service was not activated or delivered within the specified timeframe due to a verified technical fault on the Company’s part.
  • Non-Delivery of Service: If a paid digital service or listing remains undelivered solely due to the Company’s error and no access or benefit has been provided to the User.

No refund shall be issued under any other circumstances, including User dissatisfaction, change of plans, or lack of leads or inquiries.

3. Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Services

The following services, once purchased, subscribed to, or activated, are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable:

  1. Property listing fees and promotional listing charges
  2. Subscription or membership plans for brokers, developers, or agents
  3. Premium or featured advertisement placements
  4. Marketing or brand promotion packages
  5. Lead access services, data downloads, or inquiry-based services
  6. Verification or certification services
  7. Paid add-ons or digital enhancements linked to listings

As these services are intangible and immediately available or consumed digitally, no return, reversal, or exchange can be facilitated once access is granted or service is activated.

4. Cancellations

4.1 User-Initiated Cancellations

Users may request cancellation of a service prior to activation or listing publication by contacting support@brickbold.com.
Once the listing, advertisement, or subscription is activated or made live on the Platform, no cancellation request will be accepted and no refund will be processed.

4.2 Company-Initiated Cancellations

Brick Bold reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or cancel any listing, service, or subscription without prior notice in the following cases:

  • Violation of the Platform’s Terms of Use, Content Guidelines, or applicable laws
  • Submission of false, misleading, or illegal property information
  • Abuse, misuse, or unauthorized sharing of paid services
  • Fraudulent payment, chargeback, or misuse of promotional offers

In such cases, the User shall not be entitled to any refund or compensation.

5. Refund Request Procedure

To initiate a refund request, the User must send an email to support@brickbold.com containing:

  • Registered name and email ID
  • Transaction ID, invoice number, or order reference
  • Date of transaction and payment method
  • Detailed description of the issue or error

Upon receipt, the Company’s Billing and Compliance Team will conduct a verification process to validate the claim.

If the claim is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval. All refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only. The Company shall not be responsible for any delay attributable to payment gateways, banks, or financial institutions.

6. No Guarantee of Business Outcomes

Users acknowledge that the Company provides a platform for visibility and promotion and does not guarantee inquiries, conversions, or sales resulting from listings or advertisements.
Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as:

  • Lack of leads, buyer responses, or property visibility
  • Perceived ineffectiveness of the listing or advertisement
  • User dissatisfaction with website traffic or promotion performance

7. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising in connection with payments, cancellations, or refunds shall first be addressed through the Company’s internal redressal mechanism.

If the User is not satisfied with the resolution provided by the Customer Support Team, they may escalate the matter to the Complaint Officer of VFS Alliance Private Limited at:

The Company will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes amicably within 15 working days of receipt of the complaint.

8. Policy Modifications

Brick Bold reserves the right to revise, amend, or update this Refund and Return Policy at any time, at its sole discretion.
All modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform, and continued use of the Platform or its services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising under or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ludhiana, India.
